HALF PRICE AT HENGROVE!

Hengrove Athletic have set up another "Season Ticket Special" offer for fans of Bristol City and Yeovil Town.

This Saturday, 17th November, is a designated international break and supporters that have season tickets for those two clubs will be able to gain admission to Hengrove's Toolstation Western League Premier Division clash with Buckland Athletic for HALF PRICE!! That means an adult will get in for just £3.00 and concessions for only £1.50.

It's a home-grown Hengrove incentive, and one that proved successful before. There are no Premier League or Championship matches due to the international break so Bristol City fans can rest assured they'll not miss a thing. Those fans from further afield in Yeovil also have no football with their League Two fixture at home to Bristol City being called off too.

Previously, we have also offered this discount to Bristol Rovers supporters too but as they are at home on Saturday, and we have no wish to pinch any fans from the Gas, this particular offer will be for the Robins and the Glovers.

It's as easy as 1-2-3 to take part!

  • On Saturday afternoon, come to Paprika Park in Norton Lane, home of Hengrove Athletic. It's just off the A37 on the edge of Whitchurch. Postcode is BS14 0BT
  • Show your Bristol City or Yeovil Town season ticket to the man on the gate.
  • Pay your £3.00 or £1.50 and in you come!

That's it!

We have ample free car parking; a warm, friendly clubhouse and a smart, little ground to watch the footie from. There's two covered stands, a covered terrace and enough room to fit 1,700 supporters in, as City fans that attended our Community Trust match in 2016 will know.

Club secretary Martin McConachie said "When there's an international break, it offers a chance for the smaller football clubs to have their moment in the spotlight. The distractions of the Premier League and Championship are absent on that day so fans can come and enjoy what grass roots clubs can offer without missing their own team in action.

Here at Hengrove, crowds are on the up in recent seasons, like the club itself. We are now playing at the highest level we ever have done yet we are run by a small band of volunteers. We don't intend to pinch other club's supporters, we'd just like to be people's second team of choice when their own team aren't playing."

Please note that a season ticket from either Bristol City or Yeovil Town must be shown at the gate to gain admission at the reduced rate.
