Last night, the official Hengrove Athletic club Twitter account was hacked into and a tweet was issued that does not in any way reflect the views of the club.

The club have since regained full control of the account and have taken improved security measures to ensure that this does not happen again.

Hengrove Athletic would also like to take this opportunity to reiterate that the football club are fully behind the manager, his managerial team and all the players during this difficult time. Having had a long injury list for several months, the club are now looking forward to an upturn in fortunes and everyone remains fully committed to maintaining our Western League Premier Division status.
