The agreement will see Cineworld provide a pair of cinema tickets each month to be given to the winner of the first team's "Player Of The Month" award. In addition, Cineworld will also take a full page advert in the matchday programme, a perimeter pitchside hoarding at Norton Lane and have a link here on the club's official website.

Speaking about the deal, Cineworld Hengrove's general manager John Jackson said "It's great that Cineworld and Hengrove Athletic can work together. The local community will benefit from the partnership and I look forward to the coming months".

Club secretary Martin McConachie added "We would like to thank John and all at Cineworld for this very kind gesture, particularly from our players. At this level of football, sponsorship is very welcome indeed and we hope this is the start of a great relationship with Cineworld."

The award will be known as the Cineworld Player Of The Month award and will be presented soon after the end of the month, with pictures and a story on social media & the website.

Cineworld are based locally at Hengrove Leisure Park, off Hengrove Way, BS14 0HR. The cinema itself has twelve screens and is situated close to several other popular amenities, offering a great night out in South Bristol. Their website can be found here....

The agreement follows another recent extended deal with Malago Insurance Brokers that saw the Hengrove-based company sponsor the "Player Of The Match" award at home games.
